Drawing on experience in operations and governance across finance, government, and nonprofits, including serving as COO of Ashgro, Pip leads Certes' strategic direction and operations.

The Certes Institute Board of Directors provides strategic oversight, ensures organizational accountability, and guides the institute's mission to evaluate and address catastrophic and existential risks.
The Board meets quarterly to review organizational performance, approve strategic initiatives, and ensure alignment with the institute's mission. Additional meetings are convened as needed to address urgent matters or strategic opportunities.
