The Certes Institute Board of Directors provides strategic oversight, ensures organisational accountability, and guides the institute's mission to build research infrastructure for AI safety and catastrophic and existential risk work in Australia.
The Board is to meet quarterly to review organisational performance, approve strategic initiatives, and ensure alignment with the institute's mission, with additional meetings convened as needed to address urgent matters or strategic opportunities. Certes Institute is in its establishment phase and the Board's first scheduled meeting is being arranged.
